Summary

We're looking for an experienced and driven Merchandiser to join our dynamic Merchandising team. You'll manage selected product categories across all selling channels, ensuring sales and margin targets are achieved while maintaining optimal stock levels.

This role involves planning, forecasting, and trading across multiple markets, working closely with Product teams to deliver commercial and customer-focused ranges.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and guide ranges, including NOOS, continuity, and new styles. Forecast demand across omni-channel platforms down to SKU level. Plan intake and cover levels for each season. Manage Line Cards and Never Out Of Stock (NOOS) planning. Lead weekly trade meetings on owned categories. Manage OTB and WSSI, flagging issues and opportunities. Plan and manage Mid-Season and End-of-Season sales and product inclusion. Produce Lessons Learned and Monthly Performance reviews. Oversee retail stock planning and in-season reviews. Collaborate with Product teams on future range guidance. Line manage and develop an Assistant Merchandiser.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Minimum 3 years' experience at Merchandiser level or above. Proven experience in multi-channel retailing. Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels. Experience managing and developing Assistant Merchandisers. Track record of delivering continuous improvement. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Advanced Excel skills. Experience owning and managing WSSI.

Desirable:

Merchandising experience in footwear or apparel. Degree-level education preferred.
