Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team in Norwich. Based at our Barrack Street location, this role is vital in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand standards. Your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation. Supervise stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Collaborate with store management to plan displays and promotional setups. Maintain visual standards consistent with brand guidelines. Lead and motivate team members involved in merchandising activities. Analyze sales data to inform product placement decisions. Manage inventory records accurately and efficiently. Support administrative tasks related to merchandising operations.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a retail or merchandising environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred. Excellent time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in merchandising or retail display is highly desirable. Good communication skills, including multilingual abilities, are advantageous. Administrative experience is a plus.
