The Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented

Merchandising Admin Assistant

to support the internal Merchandising function in order to facilitate the stock management in support of our retail team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day to day operations, from managing purchase orders to resolving stock issues and maintaining product data. If you're a highly organised multitasker with a passion for retail and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the retail teams, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Create and manage purchase orders (POs), including:
1. Liaising with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery updates.

2. Investigating and resolving delivery issues, proposing solutions where necessary.

Generate and distribute weekly operational and performance reports. Set up and maintain accurate product information in relevant systems. Collaborate cross functionally with Buying, Merchandising, and Retail teams to manage stock levels and resolve discrepancies. Respond to store queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

The Ideal Candidate



Ideally degree educated, preferred but not essential Exceptionally organised, methodical, and efficient in managing multiple tasks. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Confident using various systems including Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

The Hours/Days



24 hours per week: 3 x 8.5 hour days (inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid break) 3 days within Monday to Friday
