You will report directly to the Head of Merchandising and the Merchandising Director. Key responsibilities will include;
Leading the end-to-end stock management strategy, overseeing availability, fulfilment, intake planning, open-to-buy (OTB) control, and stock exit to ensure alignment with financial targets and commercial objectives
Building strategic partnerships with suppliers to optimise intake timing, driving sales performance, and reducing reliance on discounting through proactive trading and negotiation
Overseeing the critical path to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and new range launches, driving timely alignment across cross-functional teams
Collaborating closely with the Buying team to shape the product strategy, including range architecture, assortment planning, and end-of-season markdown optimisation
Driving range performance through continuous analysis and refinement, ensuring a commercially viable, customer-centric product offering that responds to market trends and business goals

At our Support Centre, you'll be part of a dynamic, future-focused organisation that champions collaboration, continuous growth, and meaningful impact. Experience required for this role will include;
Proven experience in merchandise planning and trading within a retail environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to drive commercial performance
