based in Swavesey, looking for a reliable and organisedMerchant Operations Assistant
to join our team.This is a hands-on role combining
trade counter customer service
withwarehouse operations
, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role and can work independently.Key Responsibilities
Serve customers at the trade counter (trade and public) Pick and pack customer orders accurately Receive and put away incoming deliveries Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment Use stock and despatch systems to process orders Assist with general branch and warehouse duties
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse or trade counter experience preferred Experience within a plumbing or heating merchant is an advantage Good organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Friendly and professional approach to customers Basic computer skills
Training & Support
Full product and system training provided Manual handling training provided where required
