Freelance Facebook Ads Specialist - Work with a Leading UK Ads Agency

We're looking for an experienced

to join our team full-time and manage ads for

10-12 of our active clients

We're a leading UK-based performance marketing agency with

300+ active clients

, ranging from fast-growing eCommerce startups to A-list celebrities. Our client base is expanding daily, and we're looking for a results-driven freelancer to help us deliver exceptional performance and service.

Important:

This is a freelance position, not an employed role. You'll work remotely and independently, but closely with our internal team.

What You'll Do:

Strategise, launch and manage Facebook ad campaigns across a portfolio of clients. Optimise accounts daily, identifying opportunities and challenges proactively. Collaborate with our in-house creative team (no need to make creatives yourself). Follow our proven approach and frameworks, with full support and training provided. Take ownership of client performance and help drive consistent results.
What We're Looking For:

Expert-level experience

running Facebook Ads, ideally with eCommerce clients. Ability to manage and communicate with multiple clients simultaneously. Confident interpreting data and making strategic decisions based on performance. Proactive mindset - you're not waiting for direction, you're driving the account forward.
