As a
Metal Production Operative
, you'll work in a creative workshop (not a production line) where every order is custom built. Your duties will include:Radiator assembly, Grinding, polishing, deburring, and shot blasting
Pressure testing
products for qualityPicking and packaging
for dispatch Supporting other workshop tasks as requiredThis is a
physical, hands-on role
that requires attention to detail and pride in your work.What We're Looking For
Essential:
Experience in
manual labour and lifting
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Strongteamwork and communication
skills Positive,mature attitude
with a good work ethicBeneficial (not essential):
Forklift licence Experience in metal finishing or shot blasting
