As Meter Asset Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate metering data and stock across both construction and operational activities. You'll be at the heart of our asset management processes - supporting everything from stock reconciliation and acting as the gate keeper to our water database to data cleansing and reporting. As the first point of contact for MOSL related matters, you'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data transactions and regulatory compliance. This role offers variety, responsibility, and a chance to contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end process of meter stock management, including receiving and processing requests, placing orders, and maintaining accurate and compliant documentation for audit and operational purposes
Administration & reconciliation of all meter stock location & levels for both construction and operational needs
Adding new records of confirmed plot to postal addresses for new development into the database
Handle and input connection details into relevant systems, addressing any related queries promptly to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Regularly review and validate system data to eliminate inaccuracies, enhance reliability, and maintain high standards of data quality across platforms
Assist in gathering and organising data for monthly reporting on meter assets, helping to track performance against key metrics
Influencing efficient data transactions from clients and back through the business
Support other functions in the team should the need arise in order to provide role cover as required
Being the first point of contact for the Leep Wholesale desk on all MOSL matters
About You
Excellent organisational skills
Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to communicate and display professionalism at all levels
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adjust priorities if/when urgent matters arise
