About the role
Heart of Supply is looking for enthusiastic and talented MFL Teachers to work across secondary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding area. We're keen to hear from Languages Teachers specialising in French, Spanish, or German who can bring languages to life in the classroom and inspire a genuine love of communication, culture and global understanding.
Whether you're an experienced MFL Teacher or an ECT at the start of your career, we have a variety of Modern Foreign Languages teaching opportunities across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll help students build confidence in speaking, reading, writing and listening, while developing a real appreciation for language learning and cultural diversity.
As an MFL Teacher with Heart of Supply, you'll be delivering creative, engaging lessons that motivate students to explore new languages and express themselves with confidence. You'll join welcoming, well-supported schools that value enthusiasm, inclusivity and high-quality teaching.

What you will need
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent UK secondary classroom experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish or German)
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach engaging, interactive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
A confident and consistent approach to behaviour management, maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom atmosphere
The ability to build quick, supportive relationships with students and colleagues, encouraging enthusiasm for language learning and cultural exploration
A proactive, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for MFL teaching, helping students develop valuable communication skills and global awareness
A minimum of 6 weeks' UK teaching experience (including placements)
