We are looking for a full-time permanent

MHE Trainer

who can support, develop, and deliver all areas of training and development at our Northampton 3 site


Working hours for the role are

Monday - Friday

, 8am-4pm, but flexibility will be needed.

up to 30,000

per annum and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Act as a role model and example setter to other driver operators and to fully comply with all legal and training procedures for the delivery of in-house training for novices and refresher training for existing and experienced driver operators. Ensure effective training and development of colleagues on all types of MHE equipment. Ensure Health & Safety compliance for working with MHE in a pedestrian environment is adhered to at all times. To understand the mechanical requirements and capabilities of the equipment in use for training other members of staff, including all pre-operational checks and operator servicing requirements.


What you need to succeed at GXO:

Excellent knowledge of safety aspects of MHE operation MHE operator - minimum 2 years Working as part of a team Managing Own Activity MHE observation and safety observations to GXO standards
