Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their mental health journey? Do you have excellent communication skills and a desire to make a positive impact? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as an MHSI Hub Navigator.



As a Navigator in our Mental Health and Social Inclusion Hub, you will play a crucial role in assessing mental health referrals primarily through telephone consultations. Using your exceptional judgment and empathy, you will determine the needs, risks, and urgency of response for each individual. By delivering safe and effective services, you will guide them towards the appropriate level of support.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, primarily receiving calls, processing enquiries and facilitating the triage of people referred into the MHSI Hub team.



Supervise Assistant MHSI Hub Navigators and support MH Practitioners on the MHSI hub to ensure a high quality service is provided.



Assist individuals with mental health needs to navigate and access specialist health, social care and community services that will support them in their individual recovery journey
