This post is full time, and has funding for up to 4.5 years.

Relocation assistance will be required where appropriate.

The School of Infection and Immunity, MRC-University of Glasgow Centre for Virus Research (CVR) (http://www.cvr.ac.uk/) is seeking to recruit a highly skilled technologist.

The postholder will work with the imaging manager in the bioimaging facility to manage and support the imaging requirements of the CVR scientific community, with responsibilities in development of instrumentation and techniques, microscope maintenance, administration and training. This is a rapidly developing and technology-driven research environment and the postholder will be required to provide expert technical input into the management of the facility.
