Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Microsoft Security Consultant

to join our dynamic team in a client-facing role within our

Microsoft Security and Compliance Practice

. You will work closely with public and private sector clients to deliver secure, compliant, and resilient IT environments using Microsoft's cutting-edge security technologies.


What you'll be doing


------------------------


Client Consultation

: Collaborate with clients to understand their security posture, business needs, and regulatory requirements. Recommend tailored solutions using Microsoft Security technologies.

Solution Delivery

: Implement end-to-end security solutions leveraging tools such as

Microsoft Defender XDR

,

Microsoft Sentinel

,

Microsoft Purview

,

Entra ID

, and other components across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Security Assessments & Audits

: Perform in-depth security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable remediation plans.

Technical Implementation

: Configure and deploy Microsoft security products to protect infrastructure, endpoints, identities, and data.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

: Create technical documentation including solution designs, implementation guides, and "as-built" records. Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge repositories.

Stakeholder Collaboration

: Work alongside internal teams and clients to ensure engagement success, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.

Continuous Learning

: Stay current with Microsoft's evolving security offerings and industry trends to continually refine and enhance customer solutions.

Here's what we're looking for

3+ years of experience working with Microsoft security and compliance solutions. 2+ years of experience in a consulting, implementation, or technical delivery role. Deep technical knowledge of

Microsoft 365 Defender

,

Microsoft Purview

,

Microsoft Sentinel

,

Azure Security

, and

Microsoft Defender for Cloud

. Strong understanding of modern security challenges, risk mitigation strategies, and enterprise security architecture. Proficiency in producing technical documentation and implementation plans. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passion for cybersecurity, cloud security, and ongoing professional development.
