Your Role



Your responsibilities will include:



Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end and back-end code.

Designing and building scalable software components aligned with project goals.

Participating in architectural discussions and collaborating with architects and senior developers.

Developing features using technologies like React, .NET, SQL/NoSQL, and Azure.

Creating unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure high-quality code.

Managing version control using tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps.

Maintaining software by resolving bugs, bottlenecks, and production incidents.

Participating in CI/CD workflows and improving automation pipelines.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) in Agile ceremonies.

Writing user and technical documentation for both internal and external use.

Analysing requirements and translating them into robust technical solutions.

Implementing secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.

Driving continuous improvement by refactoring code and adopting new technologies.

Suggesting and innovating new features, tools, or techniques to enhance our product delivery.

What You Bring



We're looking for developers who bring:

Experience in one or more of the following: Front-end (React/JavaScript), Back-end (.NET/C#), or Full-stack development.

Proficiency in working with databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos, MongoDB).

Experience with RESTful APIs and optionally GraphQL for system integrations.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Azure) for deploying and managing services.

Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies.

Solid knowledge of version control, automated testing (including TDD), and software security best practices.

A self-starter attitude, team player mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders across business and technical domains.
