Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled and experienced Mid-Senior Developer to join our dynamic team and enable the business to scale up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain complex applications. Reporting to the Principle Developer, as a Mid-Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward, collaborating with carbon consulting colleagues to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

Manage and work on the product roadmap Collaborate with carbon consulting team and the exec team to define project requirements and specifications. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality. Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Proficiency with the below tech stack is essential.
