Role Overview:

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a talented, middleweight art director to join our growing creative department. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be great at art directing everything from a static social post to large scale animation projects. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a conceptual thinker with oodles of enthusiasm, ideas and energy who loves gaming and gaming culture and wants to work across some of the biggest brands in the gaming world. It\xe2\x80\x99s vital that you are an active gamer, with a love of games and you love immersing yourself in the culture of games and gamers.

A track record of being able to concept and deliver bigger ideas would be a great addition \xe2\x80\x93 this could be ATL work, larger activations or content campaigns.

The successful applicant will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an art director at an agency or in-house
  • A solid portfolio, with examples of great art direction across a number of different media
  • The ability to sell ideas, both in person and in a deck
  • Proficient Art Director with the ability to mock up ideas and direct others on their vision in both static and motion media.
  • A love and understanding of games and gaming culture
  • A good working knowledge of the main social channels
  • This is a UK based role, with flexible working from home and in the office
