We have two exciting opportunities for dependable and friendly Midday Assistants to help create a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils. These roles are perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to contribute to their wellbeing and development in a welcoming school environment.

About You:



Woodlands Primary Academy is seeking two friendly, organised, and adaptable individuals with a genuine interest in supporting children during lunchtime. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to promote positive behaviour, and a calm, professional approach to supervising pupils in the dining hall and playground.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

The ability to provide a responsible and adaptable approach to working with children. First Aid training (paediatric) or a willingness to work towards. Strong behaviour management skills and remain calm in challenging situations.
