MIDDAY ASSISTANT - REQUIRED to start as soon as possible
Band 1, Point 3
Monday-Friday, 11.30am 1.30pm (10 hours per week)
24,796 (Pro-rata'd, term time only) Actual salary 5732 per annum

We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday Assistant to supervise the children at lunchtime, both in the dining hall and in the playground. You will need to be organised and able to work well with a team. Previous experience in this role is not necessary although some experience of working with children and in schools would be useful.
The safety of children and young people is paramount. Gorse Hill Primary School is fully committed to the rigorous implementation of safeguarding procedures and arrangements. All posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and references will be taken up.
