Summerlea is a community primary school for pupils between the ages of 4 and 11 (Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2).



The school is situated in attractive grounds to the north of Rustington village. The school building is light, bright and airy and very well equipped. We value our community and all the stakeholders involved in our school. We are committed to continuous improvement in all we do, but are also keen to celebrate our strengths and the special memories that we create here.


Job Details


Salary: NJC Grade 2, SCP 2-3, 24,413 to 24,796 p.a. pro rata - Actual Starting Salary 4,863 p.a.



Contract Type: Permanent



Working Pattern: 8.75 hours per week, term time only,



Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 1.15pm



(38 weeks plus 5.8 weeks annual leave entitlement )



Location: Rustington, West Sussex

What You Need to Succeed


We are looking for a positive, caring and well-motivated Midday Meals Supervisor to work within this friendly and supportive school. In particular, we are looking for supervisors to support children at lunchtimes in promoting positive play, teamwork, and friendship, as well as supporting children with their pastoral care. You will also be required to set out tables and pack way at the end of the lunch session, ensuring the hall is ready for afternoon activities.
