Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Contract: Fixed Term

Location: Cambridge

Sancton Wood School is seeking a reliable, caring, and proactive

Midday Supervisor

to join our dedicated team at the

Senior School site

. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the wellbeing and safety of our students during their lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and playground areas Encourage positive behaviour and ensure the school's expectations are upheld Provide support to students where needed, helping to create a safe and happy environment Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate member of staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Enjoy working with young people and be a positive role model Be confident, approachable, and calm under pressure Have good communication and interpersonal skills Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team (Previous experience in a school or supervisory role is desirable but not essential)
