Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our lunchtime support team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working and playing alongside children aged 5-11 years, helping to ensure lunchtimes are happy and fun . You will join an experienced, friendly lunchtime Midday Supervisor team and full training and support will be given, so no prior experience is needed. Hours of work ate Monday to Friday 11.50-1.05 pm, (1 hour 15 min per day).

Duties:

To help prepare children for the meal time (eg supervise the washing of hands etc).

To escort children between the playground or fields and the hall.

To assist as required, cleaning up tables, supporting pupils to use cutlery, etc.

To teach children in table manners, collecting cutlery and clearing plates etc.

To support and supervise children on the playground or on our fields.

To help facilitate play and positive social interactions between pupils.

To be aware of fire drill and other health and safety procedures.

To undertake training as required.

To support the school values of 'respect, relationships, resilience and responsibility, and expectations of high standards of behaviour at all times.

Qualifications

None required as full training will be given.
