Be committed to the welfare and safety of staff, children, parents and visitors at all times Ability to work to tight timescales is essential and a flexible approach Be able to work independently using initiative and as part of a team Able to communicate clearly with and relate positively to all members of staff and pupils Be hardworking, reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to work as a member of our lunchtime team in supervising and providing support to our children
