The Trustees are looking to recruit to the post of Midday Supervisor

Hollinwood Academy, Hollinwood

NJC scale point 3 - 24,796 per annum (full time / full year)

Actual salary pro rata - 7,046 per annum

Part of the New Bridge Multi Academy Trust, Hollinwood Academy provides a broad and balanced curriculum that enables children and young people from reception to Key Stage 4 to access creative learning opportunities tailored to meet their individual needs. Our children and young people have a diagnosis of autism and/or social and communication difficulties


We are currently seeking a resilient, energetic and highly motivated midday supervisor to join our busy team based at Hollinwood Academy on Roman Road, Hollinwood. The main duties will be to provide support for students during the lunchtime period which includes feeding and drinking; supervision; personal care; behaviour management and general housekeeping.


This post is being offered on a part time basis. Hours of work are 10.30 am 1pm, Monday to Friday.

This post will be subject to a number of pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and proof of right to work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. It will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. DBS Code of Practice which can be viewed here.

Hours of work:

12 hours 30 minutes per week / Term Time only (190 days per year)

Working pattern

: Monday Friday, 10.30am - 1pm
