Job Description
Join a growing boutique investment banking firm in London as a Middle Office Trading Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their finance career who wants hands-on exposure to trading operations, trade support, and financial markets.
You will work closely with our trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth and accurate trade processing.
What You'll Do
Trade Support: Book, confirm, and settle trades; help resolve any trade discrepancies. Data & Reporting: Maintain trade data, assist with daily P&L checks, and review NAV calculations. Compliance: Support client and investor onboarding (KYC/AML). Coordination: Communicate with traders, clients, and internal teams to keep workflows running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance (or similar field). High attention to detail and accuracy. Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset and willingness to learn. Basic understanding of financial markets and instruments.
