The Role



This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance sales organisation focused on the Mid-Market segment, selling a solution with clear, quantifiable impact. You'll work with senior leaders across scale-ups and enterprise-level organisations undergoing digital transformation, diversity acceleration, and AI adoption.

You will:

Master a proven, world-class GTM playbook supported by elite sales training, coaching and methodology Use MEDDIC rigorously to qualify, progress and close opportunities Drive new business across strategic Mid-Market accounts, engaging C-suite and C-2 stakeholders Lead 6-figure deal cycles centred on digital transformation, capability building and workforce development Identify challenges around AI adoption, skills gaps and workforce capacity, positioning the platform as a direct solution Build and own your long-term book of business, retaining and expanding accounts over time



What They're Looking For

You'll excel here if you are:

An experienced closer (2+ years B2B closing experience preferred) Strong at driving net new business and generating your own pipeline Skilled at managing end-to-end sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Commercially intelligent, curious and hungry to learn Relationship-led, credible and able to influence senior leaders Motivated by targets, development and high earning potential A high achiever with a track record of top performance inside or outside work
Expect intensity in the first 6-12 months as you build pipeline -- but also the opportunity for hyper-growth, world-class training and rapid progression.

Salary & Earning Potential



Mid-Market AE:

~70k base + double OTE * High performers regularly exceed targets, with top reps earning 150k-200k+
