We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project specifications.
Create detailed drawings and visualisations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Photoshop.
Prepare presentation boards and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout all phases of the design process.
Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, colour schemes, and finishes that complement the overall design concept.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and construction standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative technologies to enhance design quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in interior design or related field; a portfolio demonstrating previous work is essential.
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop), and CAD software.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Knowledge of construction processes and building codes relevant to interior spaces.
Excellent visualisation skills with the ability to produce compelling presentations and technical drawings.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
