Job Description

We're looking for a talented creative designer to join our studio team and help to bring our client's brands to life across all platforms. Working within the design team and collaborating with the campaigns teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing solutions aligned with each client's unique visual identity and objectives. With a strong background in agency work, you'll manage multiple projects and deliver to strict deadlines to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing:

Creating and executing concepts into production across all platforms / social media.

Creating polished, brand-consistent layouts, static & motion graphics/video and interactive ideas.

As part of the design team you'll be working closely with our campaign & content teams, to visually develop campaign ideas and innovative ways to execute them.

What we're looking for:

A love for design, ideas, creative solutions and a 'what if we could' attitude, backed by the drive to see if we can. A keen eye for detail and an appetite for improvement.

Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Powerpoint, Figma and all things digital and social platforms. A heavy interest in motion graphics, video and AI development is an advantage.

Strong understanding of typography, hierachy and contrast.

Someone who knows how to balance creativity with consistency to meet brand guidelines and deliver assets our clients will love.

What's required:

5 years experience, with at least 3 years in a creative/ digital agency or other relevant experience,

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised.
