The Role
We're looking for a Mid-level creative who thrives both independently and as part of a small creative team, working with the head of brand and product marketing and lead creative you will support the wider cinch marketing department. Which means you'll be working on a variety of projects, from partnerships, seasonal brand campaigns, to large scale store launches.
Collaboration, feedback and communication is key for us, so if you have a keen eye for faff-free design and a strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
Create high-quality graphic design work for digital and print media (90% digital - 10% print)
Collaborate with the team developing creative concepts that align with brand identity.
Take ownership of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work is polished.
Adapt to feedback and contribute creative ideas in team discussions.
Collaborate and support the lead creative across all business needs.
Work with the lead creative to brainstorm and plan ways to use AI in design.
Fully embrace cinch's mission of making car buying and ownership faff-free.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience working in graphic design
Experience of working in-house (ideally a consumer facing brand)
Adobe legend (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier pro).
A good base understanding of motion design.
Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
Strong attention to detail and a keen design eye.
Someone able to take constructive feedback and work well with stakeholders.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including motion.
Someone who is interested in design and loves what they do.
Interested in current creative trends and market leading consumer brands.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, but Great to Have!)
Awareness of 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender).
Awareness of AI in design and future trends.
Base knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Base knowledge of After Effects.
Experience of working on marketing campaigns (from concept to execution and delivery across multiple formats)
