Now, we're looking for a

Mid-Weight Full Stack Developer

who will be our

key developer

--owning how our platforms evolve, shaping our technical direction, and building a team around them as we grow.

What you'll be doing:

Designing, developing and maintaining clean, scalable solutions across front-end and back-end. Owning the technical roadmap--shaping how our platforms develop to support rapid growth. Acting as the go-to engineer for the business: from architecture to deployment, your work will set the tone for our future builds. Working closely with leadership to align tech strategy with business goals. Taking responsibility for technical best practices and mentoring future hires as we scale the team.

What we're looking for:

Strong hands-on experience across the full stack (front-end frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue, and back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python). Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and version control (Git). A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
