Job Description

Our client in Irlam is looking to recruit a MIG Welder to work out of their manufacturing site, initially for 6 months work with a view to being taken on permanently

The work will involve:

MIG Welding Working with mild steel 2-8mm, sometimes stainless, RQT, XA4/5 and duplex Occasional TIG Welding, but no experience necessary Quality Checking Reporting any defects to management Attention to detail Housekeeping and General Warehouse/Production Duties as needed

Working times and pay:

Monday to Friday 06:00-15:00, 11:00 Finish Friday OR 07:00-16:00, 12:00 finish Friday 39 hours per week paid after breaks 13.00-15.00 p/h dependant on experience Overtime paid at x 1.5 in the week and x 2 on Sundays Temp to perm opportunity Various Perks when perm

Skills/Experience Needed:

Previous MIG Welding experience essential TIG Welding experience an advantage Candidates need to be physically fit and able to do manual handling Experience with Mild Steel Needed Experience with Stainless, RQT, XA4/5 and Duplex an advantage Attention to detail
