MIG Welder - Mild Steel
On-site | Up to 17 per hour | Full-time, Permanent
We're looking for a reliable
MIG Welder
with experience working with mild steel to join our production team. If you take pride in neat, accurate welds and enjoy working in a hands-on, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!What you'll be doing:
MIG welding mild steel to a high standard Reading and working from fabrication drawings Setting up and using welding equipment Checking your work with measuring tools to ensure accuracy Carrying out basic fabrication, grinding, and fettling when needed Keeping your workspace safe and tidy
What we're looking for:
Experience as a MIG Welder (ideally in fabrication/manufacturing) Confidence reading engineering drawings Good all-round fabrication skills Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Safety-conscious and adaptable
Nice to have (but not essential):
Welding certification Forklift or crane licence
