Job Title: Migration Lead - Insurance Guidewire

We are seeking a seasoned

Migration Lead

to oversee the end-to-end data migration activities for insurance platforms, with a focus on

policy administration

and

claims systems

. This role is critical to the success of large-scale transformation programmes and requires deep domain expertise in

life insurance

, strong technical acumen, and proven leadership in complex migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and management of data migration strategies across legacy and target insurance platforms.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define migration scope, timelines, and success criteria.

Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Manage ETL processes, data mapping, cleansing, and validation activities.

Coordinate with regional and global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration.

Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure alignment with programme goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

10-12 years

of IT experience, with

5+ years

in data migration leadership roles.

Strong understanding of

life insurance business processes

including new business, policy servicing, claims, and distribution.

Proven experience in

large-scale policy administration system migrations

.

Proficiency in

ETL tools

,

SQL

, and data transformation techniques.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in

regional/global delivery models

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with platforms such as

DXC Life Asia / Group Asia

.

Experience with

Guidewire

or similar insurance platforms.

Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements in insurance.
