We are looking for a Mill Controller to join our team. This is a key role at the heart of our mill's management team, enabling effective decision-making through accurate, timely, and transparent financial insights. Acting as a sparring partner to the Mill Manager and leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring cost transparency, supporting strategic planning, and driving performance improvement through meaningful analysis and recommendations.


Your responsibilities:



Managing the calculation and maintenance of manufacturing costs for the mill. Ensuring cost accounting aligns with both group and local standards. Providing transparency on mill performance (CoGS, mill P&L, etc.) through reports, analyses, and corrective action recommendations. Leading mill reporting and planning processes, in line with group standards (IBP, GAP closing, CIP). Collaborating with production and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning. Overseeing inventory valuation and material movement within the mill. Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Evaluating and supporting mill projects (OPEX and CAPEX) with financial analysis, cash planning, and standardised controlling tools.

Your profile:

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. Experience in budget planning, cost control, and financial forecasting. Skilled in financial reporting tools and ERP systems. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making Adaptable and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
