Mini Mixer Driver

to join the team.

Location:

Mountsorrel

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday between 6am - 6pm, Occasional Saturday work averaging 50 hours per week

Pay:

On target earnings circa 43,000 per annum plus performance related bonuses

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Class 2 Concrete Drivers to join our business and continue driving the business to success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our existing team of Class 2 Concrete Drivers. Successful applicants must hold a Category C driving license, Digital Tachograph Card & Drivers Qualification Card.

Main Responsibilities:

Operate a mini mixer truck to deliver ready-mixed concrete to customer sites

Navigate tight access areas and residential developments safely and efficiently

Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is clean and roadworthy

Load, transport, and discharge concrete, ensuring compliance with quality standards

Maintain accurate delivery records and customer documentation

Communicate with the dispatch team to manage delivery schedules

Provide excellent customer service on-site, representing Mick George professionally

Comply with all health & safety, environmental, and company policies

Complete any adhoc requests.
