What You'll Be Doing:
As a MINI Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the brand - inspiring and supporting customers throughout their car-buying journey. From first enquiry to handing over the keys, you'll provide expert advice and build lasting relationships that reflect the values of MINI and Wollaston BMW.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers and understand their vehicle needs and lifestyle preferences
Deliver exceptional product knowledge and a seamless sales experience
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
Ensure every customer receives a personal and memorable experience
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role in the automotive industry
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Full UK driving licence is essential
