We're looking for an experienced and driven MINI Used Car Sales Manager to lead our used car sales department. You'll be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, motivating and managing the sales team, and ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the MINI used car sales department, achieving agreed sales and profit objectives.
Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring maximum selling time, customer follow-up, and prospecting.
Implement trading policies, monitor performance, and take corrective action when needed.
Deliver in-house training and identify opportunities for external training to support staff development.
Ensure smooth administration processes and accurate reporting to the Head of Business.
Maintain excellent showroom and vehicle display standards.
Handle customer queries and complaints in line with company procedures.
Drive accessory sales and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You:
Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within the premium car sector.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Commercially minded, with the ability to deliver sales and profit targets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused, with a passion for the MINI brand.
