Community Transport Minibus Driver

Part time 20.5 average hours per week (6 week rolling shift pattern Monday- Saturday)

Salary 12.51 per hour (+ 2.24 per hour for any anti-social hours worked)

Initial contract to 31 March 2027, continuation subject to funding

Based in Andover

Community First is seeking to recruit a Community Transport Minibus Driver to cover a local service in Andover: Connect Transport on Demand (TOD) is a pre-bookable, limited-stopping local minibus service that operates in areas without other bus connections. Our minibuses do not follow a fixed route or timetable but link-up around 350 bus stops.

Competitive salary of 12.51 per hour, plus 2.24 anti-social hours enhancement and benefits. Training given to successful applicants. Applicants must have the following:

Full Driving Licence with D1 category code For insurance purposes, be over 25 years of age Confidence in using IT, including apps, in the course of their work
