About the Role

We are looking for reliable and flexible

Minibus Drivers

to join our team and provide safe, professional transport services as and when required. This is a casual contract offering flexibility for both you and us - ideal if you are looking for occasional work to fit around other commitments.

The role of a Minibus Driver is taking residents from Harnham Croft Care Home on various outings so they can do their shopping, go to social events, enjoy scenery tours, or visiting appointments at the local hospital. Your friendly and helpful approach is what our residents really appreciate.

On your trips you will always be accompanied by a health care assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a company minibus, less than 9 seats, in a safe, considerate, and professional manner Transport passengers to and from agreed locations on time Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or concerns Assist passengers with boarding and alighting where required Maintain accurate records, including mileage and journey logs Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and presentable at all times

About You

Hold a full UK driving licence with Category B entitlement, with no points Previous experience driving minibuses or similar vehicles desirable Being 21 years old or older. Meeting "Group 2" medical standards if you are over 70. Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible, reliable, and able to work at short notice A caring, patient, and responsible approach to supporting passengers
