We're looking for a

Mini Bus Driver

to join our friendly team at

Stamford College

, part of the

Inspire Education Group (IEG)

.

In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in helping students with learning disabilities and special educational needs (SEND) travel safely and comfortably between home and college -- and to exciting trips and activities throughout the year.

What You'll Do



Safely transport students with SEND between their homes and the college campus Drive the college minibus for day trips, excursions, and special events Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks (oil, water, tyres, lights, accessibility equipment, etc.) Keep the minibus clean, tidy, and well-maintained Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Follow all safeguarding, road safety, and college policies at all times Create a friendly, supportive, and positive atmosphere for our students on every journey

About You



You'll be someone who:

Holds a

valid UK driving licence (Category D1 without code 101 restriction)

or equivalent PCV/PSV licence Is

reliable, patient, and approachable

, with a genuine interest in supporting young people with SEND Has

good time management

and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly Understands the importance of

safety, professionalism, and confidentiality

Is happy to help out where needed and be part of a caring, dedicated team
A

Driver CPC qualification

and

experience driving a minibus

are essential, but if you're willing to complete CPC training, we'd still love to hear from you.
