Introduction
We're looking for an experienced Minibus Driver to join our team based in West Moors and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our luxury nursing homes across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire with a focus on Bournemouth & Poole area.
This is no ordinary driving job.
You'll be carrying our wonderful residents on exciting excursions, helping them feel safe and secure and providing the highest standards of service. You'll work closely with our Activities Organisers, placing our residents' health, welfare and interests first, at all times.
When not out on day trips, you'll be responsible for transferring residents to hospital and other important appointments, and you'll look after the general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle.
Ideally, you'll already hold a valid PSV licence. However, if you meet our 'About You' criteria, we'll support you in obtaining this.

About you
You'll have a genuine interest in the needs of elderly people, and an understanding of the care home environment. You're polite, courteous, and respectful, with good communications skills and kind manner. You're approachable, with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping our residents make the most of their trips out of the home.
