About us:

We are a friendly family owned minibus transport business providing special needs school transport and care. We are looking for PCV D1 licensed drivers to join our great team. Our new team members need to be honest, reliable and caring as we look to deliver the the best support and routine that our passengers need.

You will be working as a team with a Passenger Assistant to ensure our service users board and leave vehicles in a safe manner and are handled according to their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

Have good driving skills to safely provide transport for our service users

Demonstrate care and understanding for passengers and any medical conditions or needs they may have.

Provide assistance for special needs children and cater for their needs to access our vehicles safely.

Communicate effectively with our clients, passenger assistants and management team.

Inspecting and completing daily vehicle and equipment check.

Work in a professional manner complying with safe systems of work at all times.

Follow confidentiality and discretion of GDPR Regulations/Data Protection at all times.

Undertake regular assessments and training to ensure that as a team we offer the highest quality of service.

Experience:

Driving: 2 years professionally(preferred)
Licence/Certification:
PCV licence (required)
DQC Card (required)

Enhanced DBS

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 300.00-350.00 per week
