The Shelley is a 32 bed family run residential care home set in the Heene of Worthing and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent care for each of our residents. We have excellent reviews on carehome.co.uk & a 'Good' CQC rating.
About You:
We are seeking a reliable person to be a Minibus Driver for our two care home's in Worthing & Brighton between March - October. Our residents enjoy going on outings which have previously included visits to garden centre's, Shoreham Airport and the countryside. We are looking for a happy and kind person, with a can-do attitude.
The position is freelance and not employed by the care home.
The hours will vary during the week, but will usually be two afternoon's a week between 2-5pm. The person will be based nearby to Worthing, which is where the minibus is based. The home will provide minibus insurance but your own indemnity is required. Please note, we do not employ people not currently living, or not able to work in the UK.Experience
Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred. A valid commercial driving licence is essential for this role.
