Day and Night Controllers
to join our friendly and successful team.Hours
We offer two rotating 4-on-4-off shift patterns:
Day Shift:
06:00am - 18:00pmNight Shift:
18:00pm - 06:00amMain Duties
Dispatching jobs to drivers using a computerised system Monitoring and managing all bookings Liaising with management to identify and support business growth Advance planning and coordination of logistics Ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all shifts
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role using a computerised dispatch system (Cordic preferred) Strong computer literacy Professional and organised approach to work Excellent knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of the Private Hire industry Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and communicating with management
Please note: This is a self-employed position.
Wages will be discussed during the interview and are based on experience.
