Kendall Cars t/a Minicab.com have been transporting the people of Croydon and South London for over 50 years and have become an established and respected name in the industry. In 2025, we are entering a very exciting expansion period within our business and to assist with this we are looking for a

Night Controller

to join our successful and happy team.

Hours



4-on-4-off rotating shift pattern between 18:00pm - 06:00am

Main Duties



Dispatching of jobs to drivers Liaising with management on potential business growth Monitoring of all bookings Advance planning Co-ordination of integral logistics

Skills & Experience



Experience of working in this or a similar role with a computerised dispatch system for the minimum of 1 year (Cordic preferably) Computer literate Professional organised attitude to work Knowledge of the local area Superb analytical and problem solving skills Ability to identify areas of improvement and present them to management Good working knowledge of the local area and beyond Good knowledge of the Private Hire industry Must hold the ability to work on your own as well as in a team
Wages according to experience and to be discussed at interview.
