Hazles Farm Childcare Ltd is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Level 2 minimum Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming pre-school team.

Duties
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Support children across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping them develop confidence and readiness for Reception
Encourage learning through play-based, hands-on, and imaginative experiences
Create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported
Plan and deliver engaging activities using both indoor and outdoor learning spaces
Promote children's personal, social, emotional, communication, and physical development
Work collaboratively with colleagues, including practitioners, teaching assistants, and volunteers
Build positive relationships with parents and carers, and liaise with external professionals where required
Observe, assess, and record children's progress accurately
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
Take part in training and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For
Essential:
Level 2 Early Years qualification or above
Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused approach
Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Ability to provide three professional references
Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
Desirable:
Experience working within an early years setting
Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, or Food Hygiene training
Full UK driving licence (beneficial due to rural location)
Hours and salary will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and will reflect experience and qualifications.
