We're seeking an experienced and organised Project Coordinator to manage minor works projects ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 in value. You'll take ownership of multiple projects with short durations (average 4 weeks), coordinating resources, subcontractors, and materials to deliver high-quality work under main contractor responsibilities.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone with a practical understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and the ability to juggle multiple short-term projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent minor works projects
Oversee site set-up, programming, subcontractor coordination, and close-out
Liaise with clients, internal teams, and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery
Produce and maintain programmes, RAMS, procurement schedules and progress reports
Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM and company procedures
Manage project documentation, variations, and final accounts
Support tendering/pricing of new works in collaboration with commercial team
Requirements:
Proven experience managing construction or maintenance projects between 20-100k
Background in main contracting, fit-out, or FM environments preferred
Strong understanding of health & safety and CDM responsibilities
Good organisational and planning skills - ability to run multiple jobs in parallel
Competent with Microsoft Suite or similar planning tools
CSCS Card essential; SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
Full UK driving licence required
