Burngreave Building Company is seeking an
experienced Minor Works Manager
to oversee projects valued between500 and 50,000
. Our work includes social housing, refurbishments, NHS, universities, schools, and insurance contracts.Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver minor works projects from start to finish Plan and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and materials Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Prepare and oversee Health & Safety documentation (RAMS & CPPs) Maintain cost control and assist with final accounts
Requirements
Minimum
5 years' experience
in building refurbishment/maintenance management Strong knowledge ofHealth & Safety
requirements Trade background (preferred but not essential) Excellent organisational and leadership skillsWhat We Offer
