What we're looking for:
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a systems leadership role.
Proven experience with HR information systems and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of HR data governance, statutory reporting requirements and GDPR compliance.
Experience in leading teams or project-based work, with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation.
A passion for using data to drive people-focused insights and organisational success.
