The Job

We need experienced commercial HVAC service & maintenance engineers to look after prestige office blocks, data centres, hotels, retail flagship stores, luxury apartments and large mixed-use developments across London and the South East.

You will be working on:

VRV / VRF systems Chillers (Trane, Carrier, York, McQuay) AHUs, FCUs, close-control units, CRAC units Chilled water systems, LTHW, 4-pipe systems BMS controls trending & fault-finding Cooling towers, pumps, pressurisation units, boilers (commercial gas) Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns F-Gas leak checking, refrigerant recovery, system charging Minor mechanical & plumbing remedial works

Essential - must be clearly shown on your CV:

Commercial HVAC service/breakdown experience Strong VRV/VRF & chiller background Full UK driving licence

Highly desirable:

Commercial Gas tickets (CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A etc.) Basic electrical qualifications BMS experience IPAF, PASMA, CSCS/ECS
