Mixed Tax Senior - Newport, South Wales

We are seeking an experienced Mixed Tax Senior on behalf of a highly reputable firm of Accountants in Newport, Gwent.

This is a varied role working with both Personal and Corporate Tax. Knows for providing clear and professional advice, they offer a relaxed and friendly working environment.

Duties:

Managing a mixed portfolio of clients for both personal and corporate tax compliance o Preparing and reviewing tax returns (including SA100s and CT600s) o Assisting with tax planning and advisory work, including remuneration planning, business structuring, and capital gains o Liaising with HMRC on client matters o Supporting junior staff and reviewing their work where appropriate o Working closely with the partners to deliver high-quality tax advice to clients

What we're looking for:

ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience) o A strong grounding in both personal and corporate tax o Experience within an accountancy practice environment o Comfortable managing your own portfolio and dealing directly with clients o A proactive, confident communicator with strong organisational skills
